High and medium voltage power grids
For more than two decades we have been building, assembling and measuring power and teletechnical installations for business, institutions and the public sector. Our offices are located in Wrocław, Gliwice and Oleśnica. We operate throughout Poland, in the countries of the European Union and beyond. Our aim is quality, safety and punctuality - from the first concept, through design and execution, to service and development of the existing infrastructure.
Who we are
ELPRIM is a team of specialists with many years' experience, including engineers and electrical fitters with SEP and construction qualifications and manufacturer certificates (e.g. Pfisterer, Prysmian, Tyco, Brug Cables, LS Cable System, Demirer Cablo, Raychem, Nexans, Cellpack, 3M, Schrack, Fibrain). We combine experience gained from projects in the professional power industry, industry, state-owned companies and residential construction with modern technologies and safety standards.

What we do
From design to service
We carry out tasks related to the design, construction and servicing of low-, medium- and high-voltage energy networks and installations, as well as teletechnical broadband networks, LAN, CCTV, KD, SSWiN.
Energy networks
We design and build low-, medium- and high-voltage cable lines, transformer stations and switching stations, we carry out connections, street lighting and industrial lighting. We are certified by the leading suppliers of cable equipment for both HV and MV lines.
Measurements and diagnostics
We carry out acceptance, periodic and diagnostic measurements of LV, MV, HV and teletechnical installations. We use Megger, Fluke, Sonel and Metrel equipment. We provide full as-built documentation and modernisation recommendations.
Location of cable faults
We precisely locate damage to energy and teletechnical cables (reflectometric and impact methods), carry out repairs, install couplers and heads and carry out as-built measurements. We act quickly, reducing ground work and downtime costs.
Telecommunications networks
We create data transmission infrastructure: LAN, broadband and fibre optic networks (FTTx), ducting and microducting. We integrate security systems: CCTV, KD, SSWiN, SAP and building automation. We ensure aesthetic workmanship and compliance with TIA/EIA and PNEN standards.
How we work
A process that gives peace of mind
We start by talking to you and analysing your needs. We carry out a site inspection and prepare a quotation for the work to be carried out. We prepare a work schedule, and carry out the work while observing the rigours of occupational health and safety and fire protection. Finally, we carry out measurements, commissioning and acceptance tests, and hand over the investment with complete as-built documentation.
Standards and safety
We work in accordance with building regulations and UDT requirements. We apply quality and control procedures, provide training, and certify tools and equipment regularly. We focus on cost transparency and communication, so that the Investor knows at every stage what is happening on site.
Technologies and materials
We choose components from proven manufacturers and solutions that ensure long life, easy service and future expandability. This ensures that the infrastructure is fault-tolerant and that the total cost of ownership (TCO) remains under control for many years.

Our installations work on wind farms, photovoltaic farms and in production facilities, logistics centres and office buildings. We successfully carry out contracts for state-owned companies and critical infrastructure entities. Our portfolio includes: construction of GPOs, modernisation and installation of MV switching stations, complex construction of medium and high voltage power lines, construction of fibre optic cables in logistics parks, commissioning of CCTV/KD systems in buildings of critical infrastructure entities, implementation of power and teletechnical projects for Polish State Railways companies.
